Application Forms

Note: We are accepting applications for a few spots that remain in some of our classes for the 2010-11 school year.

You may submit your application to The Children’s School either online or by mail.

Online 

• To apply to the early childhood program online, please complete and submit the Early Childhood online application.
• To apply online for our elementary program (K-4) or Nelson Middle Years program (5-8), please complete and submit the Online Application for Elementary and Nelson Middle Years. You may also download the Nelson Middle Years Program Application forms.
• Note: you will need to submit the $100 application fee via credit card when applying online. TCS accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

• To send an application by mail, please contact the school and request an admissions packet. If you are applying for our Nelson Middle Years program (fifth-eighth grade), you can click on the link below  download an application.
