IMPORTANT DATES TO REMEMBER
(In accordance with SD CAIS Admissions Consortium Agreement)

October 1, 2010:  Tuition Assistance Applications and enrollment applications available.

January 13, 2011:  Submit Financial Aid Request for Additional Information and the Financial Aid Program Application Form to TCS/NMY business office.

January 24, 2011:  Enrollment Contracts and Tuition Decisions for the 2011/12 school year mailed to returning kindergarten through eighth grade TCS/NMY families.

February 1, 2011:  Priority Acceptance Admissions and Tuition Assistance Application Deadline.

February 2, 2011:  Rolling admissions begins.

February 7, 2011:  Re-enrollment contracts for the 2011/12 school year mailed to returning toddler and preschool TCS families.

February 11, 2011:  Submit Parents Financial Statement (SSS), and a copy of your federal tax returns to the TCS/NMY business office.

February 14, 2011:  Contracts and enrollment deposits due for returning kindergarten through eighth grade TCS/NMY families.

February 18, 2011:  Contracts and enrollment deposits due for returning toddler and preschool TCS families.

March 4, 2011:  Admissions and Tuition Assistance decisions mailed to new toddler through eighth TCS/NMY families.

March 5, 2011:  SD CAIS Enrollment Contracts, deposits and Tuition Assistance letters due for new toddler through eighth grade TCS/NMY families

March 25, 2011:  New TCS Family Contract due.

May 1, 2011:  2011/12 Tuition due in full or register for the 12 month tuition payment plan to be eligible for the early payment tuition discount.

Early Childhood (Toddlers, Preschool, Prekindergarten and Kindergarten)

Elementary Students (first through fourth grade) and Nelson Middle Years Students (fifth through eighth grade) visitation days are scheduled by appointment on weekdays.
